The Food Network has finally put up some recipes from week 2 of the Rachael vs. Guy Celebrity Cookoff:
Coolio's Lemon Pudding Cake, aka "Granny's Old Fashioned Pudding Cake Vigilante," and Taylor Dayne's Stacked Strawberry Shortcakes. Notice that the recipe calls for adding the pudding mix into the cake mix and not making the pudding in advance, as Coolio did on the show.
