Rocks Instead of Plastic or Rubber Soap Racks
The girls and I love to collect pretty rocks when we're out walking, and one of the uses I have for them is keeping our bar soap from getting slimy.
We are far from being a plastic free household, and we probably will never be, but this is one way we reduce our plastics use and enjoy these mementos in a useful way at the same time. (There's another smaller rock under the soap as well.)
Plus the rocks are much easier to clean and rinse than regular soap racks, and they don't get gross looking over time like a lot of the plastic or rubber racks do. :)
