Stir fried Spaghetti with Soy and Assorted Seafood Balls Recipe
As pasta is mildly flavoured, it is a great base for a lot of flavours not only the classics. I love spaghetti stir-fried in soy sauce and today's feature is just that. I was running out of fresh produce and decided to use some assorted seafood balls and mixed vegetables I had in the freezer. I added garlic and shallots for more flavour to the dish as well. A very quick and easy lunch to whip up anytime!

Ingredients:
Half a packet of spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
Handful of assorted seafood balls or other protein of your choice
Half cup of mixed vegetables
4 garlic cloves
2 shallots
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (I used Yuen Chun's)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Dash of white pepper
Dash of sesame oil
Method:
Firstly, heat your wok until almost smoking. Add about 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Swirl to coat. Add garlic and shallots on low heat. Fry until aromatic. Add assorted seafood balls. Add in cooked spaghetti. Add seasoning. Stir around to coat well. Add mixed vegetables and mix well. Serve hot.
