Happy Father's Day 2013
I hope you all had a wonderful Father’s Day. I made Baja Fish Tacos, with Southwestern Slawand Mexican Crema.
Here's the taco with all the good stuff on top - lime juice and honey-dressed slaw, mangoes and tomatoes and the Mexican Crema, which was super easy - it's just sour cream with lime juice and rind.
Next time - how Giada and Paula spent Father's Day (on television at least).
Here's the fish on the taco before it all got dressed up. The fish was marinated in a spice mixture and sauteéd.
