Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Two of my favorite things are spicy food and pizza.  My buffalo chicken
alfredo pizza definitely works on both counts!  This yummy pizza can be
thrown together in just a few minutes after work and has some serious
flavor!  The alfredo sauce evens out the sharpness of the hot sauce while
the blue cheese adds a pop of tangy deliciousness.

I keep a big bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce in my fridge at all times.  It goes
great in so many things.  Some of my other favorites recipes are my Buffalo
Chicken SaladBuffalo Chicken Soup and my Buffalo Alfredo Lasagna.

Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Pizza

1 Mama Mary’s prepared pizza crust
½ cup Ragu light Alfredo sauce
3 tablespoons Frank’s redhot buffalo sauce (plus extra for sprinkling on top)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1 (6 oz) pkg. Tyson grilled and ready chicken breast strips
¼ onion, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

In a small bowl mix alfredo sauce and 3 tablespoons hot sauce.

Spread mixture on prepared pizza crusts and top with mozzarella cheese.

Place chicken breasts, onion and green pepper on top of cheese.

Finally put  blue cheese crumbles over everything else and sprinkle with
plain buffalo sauce.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until crust is brown.

Makes 1 pizza

For those of you that like leftover pizza for breakfast.  (My Florida mom calls it
breakfast of champions.)   I can vouch for this one!  It's even wonderful cold.
Of course, this is coming from someone who would rather have cold pizza for
breakfast than just about anything.  ;)

Buffalo sauce is not just for wings anymore!  What is your favorite
"buffalo" recipe?  Oh!  I just thought of another of my favorite ways
to use buffalo sauce.......oh well, I'll save that one for another day......  ;)
