Chinese Spaghetti with Spicy Meat Sauce
Sometimes it's fun to put a different spin on a regular everyday
dinner like spaghetti and meat sauce. This Asian version is a
family favorite at our house.
One of the main ingredients in the spicy meat sauce is hoisin.
Hoisin is a Chinese barbeque sauce containing soybean paste,
garlic, vinegar and various spices. People usually either love it or
hate it becauseof it's very distinct taste. If you are new to hoisin
sauce you can dilute it with a little water or rice wine to tone down
the flavor.
Regardless........I think you will love this recipe!
