Spicy Steamed Striped Bass with Black Bean

Ingredients:
½ t grounded white pepper
Related
½ T fresh ginger, julienned
1 Serrano chili, seeded and julienned
½ T sesame oil
1 T fish sauce
Serve on top of cucumber and pickled ginger salad.
Makes 1 to 2 servings. Pair with a glass of Chardonnay.
TIP: If you want your fish to have more heat, then don’t discard the seeds in the chili and instead cut the chili in thin pieces with the seeds for that extra punch.
